The beds were comfortable and clean, there were plenty of plug ins to charge our devices. We only had two complaints about our stay and they were minor. The first was out of their control as the neighboring hotel had a light that constantly flickered and was pointed at our window. The other was the shower. Our friends had the same complaint, which is the showers. There is a small leak at the bottom of the glass divider in the shower. Overall, the complaints were so minor it did not detract from our stay. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. My only regret is that we did not stay long enough to use the rest of the facilities.

Because I went through booking.com a third party booking I was held up for over an hour upon arrival. The hotel stated my payment was declined by booking.com. Booking.com said the hotel already received the payment. I had prepaid a month before the stay. It all got figured out, but it was a PROCESS— the staff and hotel were wonderful!

Very clean and fresh Liked the tile floors in the room instead of carpet. Cleaner and less allergy prone. Staff very friendly. Full breakfast was good. Probably stay here again next time I’m in Tulsa.

Was easy to get to from the highway. Room was nice, beds comfortable. Bathroom was huge and the shower was the nicest I’ve ever seen/used at this price point.

Great hotel! Clean and big rooms, nice standard in general. Very helpful and friendly staff. Safe neighbourhood, not far away from a shopping center. Absolutely no problems during whole 10 days stay. Definitely good place to stay in Catoosa.

A little different motif than usual for Best Western, but clean, quiet, and good beds. Seemed more European and quirky in its furnishings. The chairs didn't seem designed for comfort. The booking had gotten mixed up and was not in their system, but the staff was very accommodating and got it quickly straightened out. Good breakfast. Good value.
